During the show I ran into Satan,
I don't think I would have recognized him had he not been wearing his name tag.

The bands hung out in the Green Room while waiting for their sets. Isolated from the main stage, many bands chose to live it up backstage.

Sweet 75 turned out to be the most sought after band during the festival, though I think having Krist Noveselic (Ex-Nirvana Bassist) might have influenced that a little bit. As soon as thier set finished a mob of teeny boppers and autograph seekers gathered outside the backstage door hoping for a chance to meet one of the most influential men in the music industry.
Here we see Krist jamming on the Sunnyside stage. He's a great preformer and a pleasure to photograph. Sweet 75 plays a bluesy type of rock which is extremely catchy. I highly recommend you see this band.

Green Apple Quick Step played a great set combining most of their old songs with some newer ones. Their performance concluded with an excellent cover of an old Velvet Underground song
Here we see the Bassist practicing a bit before
she goes on stage.

Old school Seattle rockers Love Battery showed up. They have had a slight drummer problem. Their original drummer merged into Mudhoney's lineup. Another drummer (Jason Finn) is now the backbone for the Presidents of the United States of America. Hopefully their new drummer should be around for a while. Bruce Fairweather (the lead singer) mentioned that they had just finished composing 16 new songs with him. Despite past troubles, these guys keep on rocking.
Check out the official Love Battery web site.
